Concrete is a symbol of brutalism. This design changes the preconception that concrete is very brutal, cold and unemotional material. In this design the designer has added delicate flowers and pattern to soften and warm the material.

I really like this design because it challenges traditional ideas of concrete blocking light. By using glass or optical fibres this concrete is transparent.  It is very artistic because each panel is handmade, this gives the individual pattern and light. It is also very fun, because it creates the silhouettes behind the wall.
